When asked during a Svoboda Slova [Freedom of Speech] panel show on Ukraine's ICTV channel about allegations that the Central Election Commission (CEC) was allegedly dissolved for possible elections in Russia-occupied Donbas, which allegedly requires a new CEC composition, Razumkov said: "This does not require a new composition of the CEC, because elections in the temporarily occupied territory could be held only under the laws of Ukraine."
In addition, answering a question whether it is planned to extend the law on the special order of local self-government in certain districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions and when it could happen, he said: "I think we still have time for a more thorough analysis and elaboration of various scenarios for the development of the situation. And only after that it will be correct to discuss this topic."
