Valeriy Chaly is appointed Ukraine's Ambassador to the US
The corresponding decree was signed by the head of state on July 10, the presidential press-service told an UNIAN correspondent.
According to another decree, Chaly has been dismissed from his post of the deputy head of the Presidential Administration.
