"It is clear that there will be some internal state programs and local taxes. However, we must also rely on the assistance of our European partners. We had to make serious compromises to achieve peace. Therefore, we need specific guarantees of assistance for the restoration of these territories," he said.

Groysman expressed confidence that "with the help of our partners and allies, we will achieve the implementation of the agreements by our opponents."

"They will have to withdraw their troops and militants, as well as to open territory for Ukrainian laws and elections. We will overcome this hard way," he said.
