"The parties stressed the necessity of continuation of reforms in Ukraine, particularly in the context of cooperation with the International Monetary Fund," the press service said.
The Ukrainian president briefed Biden on the situation in Donbas. He also emphasized that Ukraine had not seen any attempts by Russia and Russian-backed militants to de-escalate the Donbas conflict.
"The parties discussed further steps on the continuation of exerting pressure on Russia for it to fulfill the Minsk agreements," the press service said.
Political and diplomatic means of de-occupation of Crimea were also discussed.
