Jaresko calls her ministry letter on Dutch referendum 'poorly faked'
Ukrainian Finance Minister Natalie Jaresko says that a Finance Minister letter asking the United States to help put off an April 6 referendum in the Netherlands on the Ukraine-EU Association Agreement is "poorly faked."
