Ukraine will welcome Kerry soon / Photo from president.gov.ua
The future visit was on the agenda of a recent joint meeting of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and U.S. Vice President Joe Biden in Washington, D.C., which was also attended by Kerry, Poroshenko's press service said.
"The parties agreed to further develop strategic partnership between Ukraine and the United States, and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry's visit to Ukraine in the near-term outlook is expected to be conducive to this," the press service said.
