EU diplomats expect visa-free travel for Ukraine, Georgia from Jan 1: Journalist

"EU diplomats still expect a final decision in EP/Council on visa lib for Georgia and Ukraine in Oct with visa free travel on 1 Jan 2017," he tweeted on Tuesday, August 23.

As UNIAN reported earlier, on April 20, the European Commission announced that it had put forth a legislative proposal concerning visa liberalization for Ukraine.
