Poroshenko to hold meeting with Hollande, Merkel before Normandy Four talks
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko will hold a separate meeting with French President Francois Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel before the talks of the Normandy Four leaders in Berlin on Wednesday, Presidential Administration of Ukraine reported on Twitter.
"A separate meeting between Poroshenko, the French President and the German Chancellor will be held ahead of talks in the Normandy format," the report says.

The parties agreed to hold a meeting of heads of state in Normandy format in Berlin October 19. The Russian president's spox Dmitry Peskov confirmed Putin's participation in the negotiations "to coordinate positions". According to Peskov, it is too early to talk about any specific agreements.
