"We discussed also the situation in the east of Ukraine, in Crimea. For the European Union it is essential the full implementation of the Minsk agreements," she said on Tuesday after talks with Lavrov, who came to Brussels.
She did not provide any other details.
Lavrov in turn did not mention anything on the matter.

"We regularly discuss especially international issues that involve the Russian Federation and the European Union. And it is clear we do not share the same positions on everything, but our dialogue is constant, and it's important," she said.
"We agreed to increase the level of contacts between our people," she added. "The European Union is ready to build bridges when it comes to links between our societies."
