Poroshenko welcomes extension of sanctions against Russia

"I welcome the decision of the EU ambassadors to extend for half a year and expand the package of sanctions against Russia for the occupation of Crimea," he wrote on Twitter on Wednesday.

"The burden of "Crimea is ours" should become unbearably heavy until Ukraine's sovereignty over the peninsula is fully restored," he tweeted.
