Russia's FSB says it detains Ukrainian citizen for illegal border crossing, seizes guns, grenades
The Russian FSB security service has said its agents have detained a Ukrainian citizen when he reportedly attempted to illegally cross the Ukraine-Russia border in Russia's Kursk Oblast, according to the FSB's press service.
"Members of the border department of Russia's FSB in Kursk Oblast detained a 31-year-old citizen of Ukraine who illegally crossed the state border, moving from Ukraine to the Russian Federation," the press service told UNIAN.

The Russian FSB claims that the "offender" allegedly possessed two guns and five hand grenades. In addition, he allegedly had fifty 5.45mm rounds and 26 ampoules with gray liquid (presumably mercury).
