The Security Service of Ukraine says its operatives have blocked the mechanism of illegal transportation of passengers from Odesa to the occupied Donbas via Russia.
It was established that the transport route ran through the territory of the Russian Federation to the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk region, the SBU press center reported.

The buses would cross into the occupied areas at checkpoints temporarily beyond the control of the Ukrainian authorities.
During the warranted investigative actions, law enforcers found documentation and other material evidence confirming the illegal activities.
There are now two suspects in the case. Both will be held in custody pending the investigation.
