French media outlet claims Kyiv part of Russia (Photo)
France's Le Figaro has made an error in a video report, indicating Kyiv as part of the Russian Federation.
The relevant video of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's briefing on the occasion of the exchange of held persons between Ukraine and Russia is available on the publication's website, 112.ua reports.
The caption to the video showing Zelensky giving an interview to reporters names the location "Kyiv, Russia".
As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukraine and Russia on September 7 handled a prisoner swap as a result of which 24 Ukrainian sailors, who were captured by Russian special forces near the Kerch Strait in November 2018, and 11 political prisoners returned to Ukraine. The political prisoners include Roman Sushchenko, Oleh Sentsov, Oleksandr Kolchenko, Volodymyr Balukh, Stanislav Klykh, Mykola Karpyuk, Oleksiy Syzonovych, Pavlo Hryb, Edem Bekirov, Yevhen Panov, and Arthur Panov.
At the same time, 35 persons, whom Russian authorities had put on the swap list, were returned to the Moscow.
All of them had been convicted or tried in Ukraine on various charges.
