Number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Ukraine rises to 1,319 by Monday morning

The number of confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus in Ukraine had risen to 1,319 by Monday morning.

"As of 09:00 Kyiv time on April 6, there were 1,319 laboratory-confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Ukraine, including 38 deaths, while 28 patients have recovered and been discharged from hospital," Ukraine's Health Ministry said on Facebook.

A total of 68 new cases have been recorded over the past day.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the number of confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus in Ukraine had risen to 1,308 by Sunday evening.
