SBU source: 153 Ukrainians still held captive by Russian proxies
As of today, 153 Ukrainians, including civilians, are being held captive by the combined Russian-separatist forces, according to Yuriy Tandyt, who is an adviser to the chief of the SBU Security Service of Ukraine.
"As of today, we speak about the number which is 153 people. We hope that they are alive," he said.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the full ceasefire observed by the combined Russian-separatist forces at the front line in Donbas on Tuesday, October 6, allowed Ukraine to complete the withdrawal of tanks in Luhansk region within the first phase.
