"Having considered proposals from the local population and met with representatives of all agencies, it was decided to close 12 internal checkpoints of the Interior Ministry in Luhansk region," Tuka wrote on Facebook.
According to Tuka, the checkpoints were not of safeguarding character recently and only created preconditions for corruption.
