"I'm signing an order banning civil servants to visit temporarily occupied territories during the Anti-Terrorist Operation," Tuka wrote on Twitter.
Earlier, Tuka said that he intended to ban judges visiting the occupied territories of Donbas.
"Now, adhering to ethics and law, I appeal to the court presidents to issue their own orders, which prohibit judges to visit the occupied territory. After all, if a person so desperately wants to visit LPR/DPR, he can find another job!!!" Tuka said.
In addition, he announced plans to issue a similar order in respect of employees of the regional administration.
"We must understand that every employee of the regional state organization is an information carrier, which is of interest to the enemy!" Tuka said.
