The number of COVID-19 coronavirus cases registered in the Armed Forces of Ukraine rose by 19 as of the morning of June 13.

"As of 10:00 Kyiv time on June 13, some 173 people in the Armed Forces of Ukraine have acute respiratory illness COVID-19 caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. In total, 169 people recovered and four died during the pandemic," the press service of the Medical Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine wrote on Facebook on June 13.

Seven new patients had been hospitalized, while the rest were self-isolating, undergoing treatment at home under the supervision of doctors. Currently, their state of health is satisfactory and they have no symptoms of the disease.

Some 536 servicemen are now isolated (including self-isolation). The number of those whose isolation term is expiring in the next three days is 93 people.

As UNIAN reported earlier, there were 30,506 laboratory-confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Ukraine as of 09:00 Kyiv time on June 13, including 880 COVID-19 deaths and 13,976 recoveries. Some 753 new cases were recorded in the past 24 hours.
