The transfer of the regions to the next quarantine stage, which provides for the easing of restrictions, is possible when the epidemiological situation in a region meets certain criteria, namely the target indicator of bed occupancy in hospitals should be below 50%, the rate of testing is more than 24 per 100,000 people within seven days, the percentage of positive results of PRC tests is less than 11%, and the dynamics (comparison of the epidemic situation of the last week with the previous one) should be below 10%.

As UNIAN reported earlier, 819 new laboratory-confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus COVID-19 were reported in Ukraine in the past day, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 52,043 as of the morning of July 10.
