Russian-led forces use grenade launchers to attack Ukraine army in Donbas in past day
Russia's hybrid military forces used grenade launchers to attack Ukrainian positions near the village of Opytne in Donetsk sector in the past day.
There have been no casualties, the press center of the headquarters of Ukraine's military operations reported on Facebook on Sunday morning.
In the Luhansk sector, the sides observed the ceasefire.
Thus, one enemy attack was reported over the period under review, the Ukrainian military HQ said.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukrainian armed forces' positions in the area of Troyitske came under enemy fire. "In the Luhansk direction, the enemy employed large-caliber machine guns and weapons of BMP-1 infantry fighting vehicle against our positions near the village of Troyitske," the HQ said in a previous update.
