"The Russians and their puppets predictably refused, the crime scene remains blocked for visiting by international OSCE SMM monitors," she said.

Gerashchenko said the Russians not only hide the crime scene, but also "fall into a frank marasmus in their statements."

"Boris Gryzlov, a Russian representative to the Trilateral Contact Group for Donbas settlement in Minsk, said the children had been blown up... on an American landmine... The cynicism of the Russians' behavior just runs high," she said.

As UNIAN reported earlier, three teenagers were killed and another one was wounded in a landmine blast near the Russian occupied town of Horlivka, Donetsk region, Ukraine on September 30, 2018.
