Russia's hybrid military forces mounted nine attacks on Ukrainian army positions in Donbas in the past 24 hours, with two Ukrainian soldier reported as killed in action (KIA).
"Two Ukrainian soldiers were killed in action in the past day. According to intelligence reports, two occupiers were killed and another two were wounded," the press center of Ukraine's Joint Forces Operation (JFO) said in an update on Facebook as of 07:00 Kyiv time on November 10, 2018.
The Russian occupation forces shelled Ukrainian positions near the town of Avdiyivka, as well as the villages of Krymske, Vilne, Luhanske, Pisky, Taramchuk, Berezove, and Hnutove.
"Russian occupation forces opened aimed fire from grenade launchers of various systems, heavy machine guns and small arms. The invaders were most active near Luhanske in the Svitlodarsk direction where they fired 120 mm mortars on the Joint Forces strong points twice. Near Krymske, the enemy employed grenade launchers, heavy machine guns, and 82 mm mortars to provide cover for their sniper," the report said.
Since Saturday midnight, Russian-led forces have mounted one attack on the Ukrainian positions near Taramchuk. No heavy weapons have been used. There have been no casualties among Ukrainian troops from the start of the day, the press center said.
