Russia's hybrid military forces on July 17 mounted 15 attacks on Ukrainian Army positions in Donbas, eastern Ukraine.

"Proscribed weapons – 82mm mortars – were used in one instance," the press center of Ukraine's Joint Forces Operation (JFO) Headquarters said in an update posted on Facebook as of 07:00 Kyiv time on July 18, 2019.

Enemy forces also opened fire from grenade launchers of various types, cannons installed on infantry fighting vehicles, heavy machine guns, and automatic rifles.

Under attack came Ukrainian positions near the towns of Maryinka and Krasnohorivka, and the villages of Mykolaivka, Shyrokyne, Vodiane, Pavlopil, Bohdanivka, Talakivka, Pisky, and Katerynivka.

"The Ukrainian Army reported no casualties over the past day. Each enemy attack saw an adequate response," the JFO HQ said.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces used weapons that are not banned under the Minsk agreements.

According to intelligence reports, four enemy troops were wounded.

"Since Thursday midnight, Russian-led forces haven't attacked Ukrainian positions yet," the report reads.
