Russian-led forces mount two attacks on Ukrainian positions in Donbas since midnight
Spokesman for Ukraine's Defense Ministry Oleksandr Motuzianyk says Russian-led forces have mounted two attacks on Ukrainian army positions in Donbas since Tuesday midnight.
"Two armed provocations by the Russian occupying forces have been recorded on the contact line since the beginning of the current day, August 20," he told a briefing.
The invaders used automatic grenade launchers and small arms against the Joint Forces near the town of Krasnohorivka and the village Talakivka.
"According to available information, there have been no casualties among our soldiers as a result of enemy shelling," Motuzianyk said.
Ukraine's Joint Forces reliably control the enemy along the contact line, while observing the truce, he added.
