Two Ukrainian soldiers injured amid 11 enemy attacks in Donbas since Saturday midnight
Russian-led forces have mounted 11 attacks on Ukrainian army positions in Donbas since Saturday midnight, with two Ukrainian soldiers reported as sustained minor injuries.
The armed forces of the Russian Federation and its mercenaries violated the ceasefire 11 times on October 12. The enemy fired on the positions of Joint Forces units, using an anti-tank missile system and 120mm mortars proscribed under the Minsk agreements, as well as grenade launchers of various systems and small arms," the press center of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) said on Facebook in an evening update on Saturday, October 12.
Under attack were Ukrainian positions near the town of Maryinka and the villages Vodiane, Pishchevyk, Novohnativka, Shyrokyne, and Luhanske.
"The units of the Joint Forces adhere to the ceasefire and are ready for any insidious and provocative actions of the enemy," reads the report.
