Russia's hybrid military forces on Saturday mounted four attacks on Ukrainian positions in Donbas, eastern Ukraine.

"The armed forces of the Russian Federation violated the ceasefire four times on January 11," the press center of Ukraine's Joint Forces Operation said in a Facebook update as of 07:00 Kyiv time on January 12, 2020.

The enemy opened fire from proscribed 120mm mortars, automatic grenade launchers, heavy machine guns, and small arms near the town of Krasnohorivka and the village of Pisky.

There were no Ukrainian army casualties in the past day.

"Since Sunday midnight, Russia-led forces have attacked Ukrainian positions once near the village of Novotoshkivske, using 82mm mortars," the update said.
