"As a result of enemy shelling today, January 18, eight members of the Joint Forces were wounded," the press center of Ukraine's Joint Forces Operation (JFO) said in an evening update on Facebook.
Since Saturday midnight, Russia-led forces have violated the ceasefire five times.
The enemy opened fire at the positions of Ukrainian military units, using a 120mm mortars, which are banned under the Minsk peace agreements, as well as grenade launchers of various types, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), cannons installed on infantry fighting vehicles, and other small arms.
Hot spots were the villages of Pisky, Pavlopil, Vasylivka and as well as the town of Krasnohorivka.
The situation in all disengagement areas in Donbas remains stable, the report said.
