Ukrainian intel names Russian generals responsible for war in Donbas

Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Federation, Colonel-General Sergei Istrakov and Lieutenant-General Mikhail Teplinsky are personally responsible for the aggression in Donbas, according to the report of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine about the situation in the Donbas conflict zone as of November 26.

It is reported that Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Federation, Colonel-General Sergei Istrakov and Chief of Staff of the Center for regional forces (former 12th Reserve Command) of the Southern Military District [headquartered in Rostov-on-Don, Russia] Lieutenant-General Mikhail Teplinsky are personally responsible for the conduct of combat operations on the territory of Ukraine.
