It is reported that Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Federation, Colonel-General Sergei Istrakov and Chief of Staff of the Center for regional forces (former 12th Reserve Command) of the Southern Military District [headquartered in Rostov-on-Don, Russia] Lieutenant-General Mikhail Teplinsky are personally responsible for the conduct of combat operations on the territory of Ukraine.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the SBU security service officials announced the organizational structure of the Russian-terrorist forces and voiced data about the combat and numerical strength of the first and second corps of the safe-proclaimed DPR and LPR, as well as of the Russian troops.
