"Representatives of the OSCE SMM have been informed that weapons and equipment that are banned by the Minsk agreements – tanks, large-caliber (100mm and larger) artillery systems and TOS-1 Buratino heavy MRLS – are now present in the town of Pervomaisk (Luhansk region), the towns of Horlivka and Makiyivka (Donetsk region), the city of Donetsk, the villages of Michuryne and Bezimenne (Donetsk region)," the Ukrainian intelligence service said on its website.
The Main Intelligence Department also says that the situation in the Anti-Terrorist Operation zone in eastern Ukraine remains tense.
In the past day, the enemy focused on the strengthening of its advanced units in the Novoaidar, Slovyansk and Donetsk sectors. Well-camouflaged weapons and military equipment, which have had to be withdrawn from the contact line in Donbas under the Minsk peace agreements, were deployed in the Mariupol sector. What is more, the Russian proxies are conducting reconnaissance of Ukraine's ATO forces and keep their troops in combat readiness, while improving their combat capability.
