Russian proxies attack Ukraine 19 times on Dec 3 – ATO HQ
Russia's hybrid military forces attacked Ukrainian army positions in Donbas 19 times on December 3, according to the press service of the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) Headquarters.
"In particular, the invaders fired an 82mm mortar on the ATO strongholds near the town of Zolote in the Luhansk sector. The militants also opened fire from grenade launchers of various types outside the villages of Krymske, Novo-Oleksandrivka, Troyitske, Zaitseve, and Novhorodske. In addition, they used small arms against the defenders of the village of Novoluhanske, Malynove, and Luhanske," the ATO HQ wrote on Facebook.

The Russian-backed mercenaries opened fire from mortars, grenade launchers and infantry weapons near the villages of Shyrokyne, Vodiane, Talakivka, and Pavlopil. They also fired mortars and grenade launchers of various modifications on the Ukrainian strong points on the outskirts of Avdiyivka, while an enemy sniper was active near the village of Novotroyitske.
"The Ukrainian military suppressed the enemy fire, as appropriate," the press service added.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Russian-occupation forces violated ceasefire 30 times on December 2, with three Ukrainian soldiers reported as wounded in action.
