OSCE records 111 violations on first day of truce in Donbas
The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine recorded 111 violations on the first day of the newly-agreed truce in Donbas.
"Starting at 00:01 on July 27, following agreement reached at the meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group on July 22 regarding additional measures to strengthen the ceasefire, the SMM recorded 111 ceasefire violations, all in Donetsk region (including 21 explosions and 90 bursts and shots of small-arms-fire)," the OSCE SMM said in a daily report on July 28, 2020.
All the ceasefire violations were recorded between 09:45 and 11:35 on July 27, it said.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Russia's hybrid military forces on July 28 fired one provocative shot from a grenade launcher in Donbas, eastern Ukraine, amid the newly-agreed truce.
