Latvia builds 23 km barrier wall along border with Russia
Latvia has installed a 23 km long fencing wall on the border with Russia to prevent illegal immigrants from entering the country, press secretary of the Latvia's Border Guard Service Eugenia Pozniak said, according to Delfi.lv.
The construction of the fence started in 2015, and it is expected to be completed before 2019. A 65 km long frontier has already been equipped there, Delfi.lv reports.

As UNIAN reported earlier, Estonia and Lithuania plan to build fencing walls on the border with Russia.
