It is said in an address of personnel to acting President, Prime Minister, Defense Minister and chief of the HQ of Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“We ask you to make a concrete decision concerning the further action, because majority of the personnel do not know what to do next, what to wait for in coming future and to make decisions concerning solution of the current situation”, - it is said in the address.
