In autumn many people suffer from depression. Experts call it a syndrome of “September 1”,  or of “the first day after the vacation”.

Besides, because of the lack of sunlight, people suffer from stress, nothing can make them happy, they also suffer from insomnia. If a person is not glad with anything, suffers from insomnia, and blames himself for anything, he has a depression.

You can easily put yourself in a good mood. Experts advise to eat chocolate, do shopping, dress in bright colors, or fall in love. If it does not help, it’s better to consult a psychologist.
