In 2014, the greatest number of appeals was connected with the issues of deposit contracts - 59.48% of all appeals, credit agreements - 12.5%, and issues of banking supervision - 10.74%.

According to the regulator, resolutions of problems and clarifications were provided to 29,104 citizens (88.76%), while the rest of the complaints are being considered.

As UNIAN reported earlier, in 2013 the NBU received 10,919 written applications, which is 877, or 7.43%, less than in 2012.
