Ukraine’s debt down to $66 billion from $73 billion - Yatsenyuk

The volume of Ukraine’s sovereign debt at the moment is at $66 billion, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk said while addressing the parliament on Friday.

At the time when Yatsenyuk took office in March 2014, the volume of sovereign debt was at $74 billion.

Yatsenyuk also stressed that due to the restructuring of national debt, the authorities not only managed to reduce the amount of debt, but also decreased the funding for debt servicing by UAH 10 billion.
