Groysman announced this at a joint press conference with his Turkish counterpart Binali Yildirim after talks in Ankara on Tuesday, Anadolu said.
"Turkey and Ukraine have good production infrastructure. And if they join hands, they can successfully launch the joint manufacture of aircraft," Groysman said.
