President meets Oleksandr Moroz

Victor Yushchenko has met with Speaker Oleksandr Moroz, according to the President’s press-office.

He congratulated Mr. Moroz on having been legitimately elected. The Head of State said he expected the Verkhovna Rada to work constructively and fruitfully and to support his domestic and foreign policies.

Then Mr. Yushchenko reiterated that he would submit premier to parliament for a vote when the recently formed coalition convened the constitutional court. 

Prime Minister Yuriy Yekhanurov and Secretariat Chief of Staff Oleh Rybachuk were present at the meeting.
