"We all see that the behavior of our neighbor, and the neighbor of Ukraine, is not appropriate, it does not befit a state that respects international law, its international obligations and agreements it has signed," Grybauskaite said at a press conference with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, according to Russian news agency TASS.

Stoltenberg was in Lithuania on Friday visiting NATO facilities in the Baltic country, which is a member of the alliance.

As UNIAN has reported, Grybauskaite earlier accused Russia of cowardice, saying the country had started the war in the east of Ukraine but would not admit it.
