Tymoshenko says their former “fair and moral” relations with Yushchenko resumed
Have they really achieved an understanding? “I believe that the public position of the President will give an answer to this question", said Tymoshenko.
BYT front-runner Yulia Tymoshenko believes that after her meeting with President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko, their former “fair and moral” relations resumed. She disclosed this to a press conference in Kyiv today.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, in particular, asked about the President’s stance concerning her appoint on the post of Prime Minister, Yulia Tymoshenko said: “I believe that the public position of the President will give an answer to this question. I think that after our meeting we achieved a total understanding, we found all points of support, and it seems to me that we returned to those rather high moral and fair relations that we used to have”, she noted.
Asked whether the President proposed her to become a “technical Prime Minister” in the new government, she said: “I believe the President is a wise man, and that is why I cannot even imagine that he may think that I may be a “technical Prime Minister”.
