The article was published in the English version of Deutsche Welle on June 11. It is dedicated to the meeting of the Normandy Four foreign ministers in Berlin.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the foreign ministers of the Normandy Four – Ukraine, Germany, France and Russia – met in Berlin, Germany, on June 11, 2018.
