The Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko claims that the Party of Regions is preparing a large-scale campaign, aimed at rising the inflation in the country.
A BYuT press-service statement, forwarded to UNIAN, reads as follows:
“As which got to know from well-informed sources, the Party of Regions is preparing large-scale special campaign to misinform and boost inflation processes. They plan to spend tens of millions of US dollars on this “noble affair”, the statement reads.
The BYuT claims that Party of Regions’ spin doctors propose a whole series of “advertising reels”, which will be broadcast at the major TV-channels of the country.
The reels will publicize exaggerated information about inflation processes in the country. Moreover, one of the reels would propose to urgently buy foodstuffs.
The BYuT points out that the government of Yulia Tymoshenko is open to any criticism from public and experts. At the same time, the government has no intent to listen to the accusations from Victor Yanukovych and his colleagues, the statement reads.
