Kerry: 'Russia has made constructive moves in last few days' (Video)
US Secretary of State John Kerry has said he has seen Russia’s willingness to deescalate the situation in Ukraine’s east.
Speaking to the press in London, Kerry said many factors contribute to what’s happening now in Russia, and “the sanctions were clearly intended to invite President Putin to make a different set of choices.”
The comments by the top US diplomat are practically the only ones by Western diplomats regarding any positive movement in Russia’s attitude with regard to the Ukrainian conflict, Ukraine Today reports.
