Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin says Hungary will change the title of its authorized envoy "for Transcarpathia."
"I've started this morning with a conversation with my Hungarian counterpart Péter Szijjártó. The Hungarians have heard us well and are changing the title of their authorized envoy 'for Transcarpathia.' We continue to work constructively on all other issues," Klimkin wrote on Twitter on August 31.
Почав ранок з розмови з своїм 🇭🇺 колегою Петером Сіярто. Угорці нас добре почули і змінюють назву свого уповноваженого "по Закарпаттю". А щодо усіх інших питань - продовжуємо конструктивно працювати далі.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine strongly protested against Hungary's decision to create the post of an authorized minister responsible for the development of Transcarpathia (or Zakarpattia in Ukrainian, which is an administrative unit of Ukraine) and develop kindergartens in the Carpathian basin.
