Asked whether it is possible to reformat the coalition, he said: “No. As a whole, it shows responsibility, and corresponds to tasks, set by electors. Thus, without any doubt, it is viable”, Yuri Lutsenko stressed.

Asked whether the dismissal of the government is possible, he said: “I know about the attempts to shorten the life of the Cabinet of Ministers. The “operation” is fixed for March”.

“But, I’m confident, it will fail. Even if we surmise that the parliament adopts a vote of no confidence in the government, which is the least possible, it will result in nothing”, he stressed.

“There will be acting Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko. There will remain the Cabinet of Ministers, which will keep on fulfilling its tasks. I do not see any alternative to the current union of democratic forces”, Yuri Lutsenko noted.

Speaking about his views, and the views of Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, he said: “Our views coincide not in everything, but the matter concerns only tactical differences. There is more mutual understanding and trust in our relations, compared to, for instance, the year 2005”, he said.
