Brazilian novelist Paulo Coelho says he has never recorded any message in support of Yulia Tymoshenko, who has recently announced her bid for the presidency in Ukraine.
"I never recorded any message supporting her current candidacy; even if I like her as a person, Ukraine politics is none of my business," Coelho tweeted on January 23.

As was reported, the Batkivshchyna Party held a party congress in Kyiv on January 22 to nominate Tymoshenko as a presidential candidate.
A video message was shown at the congress in which Paulo Coelho, among others, speaks of Tymoshenko as "a strong person," who "has charisma" and is "capable of overcoming all difficulties" and can "run a country."
Yet, there is no information when and why this video endorsement was recorded.
