PACE condemned the lack of progress on the issue of the liberation of Ukrainians illegally detained on the territory of the Russian Federation, the illegally annexed Crimea, and the occupied Donbas, and in this context, expressed strong support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

"I don't remember if PACE spoke the same way on the same topic twice during the rest of the session. And here, it's twice a day! So, we did well. Even a Russian provocateur was deployed to emphasize the importance of events. Now, we can go home," he said.
