Hungarian prime minister to visit Ukraine
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban is to make a short visit to Ukraine for a short visit, his press secretary Bertalan Havasi said on Wednesday, according to the press service of the Hungarian government.
"The prime minister will hold talks with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in Kyiv on Friday, February 13," Havasi said.
Orban’s visit will take place in just a few days before a planned visit by Russian President Vladimir Putin to Budapest, which is scheduled for February 17.
Orban is regarded by many in the West as a “friend of the Kremlin,” who often strays from the basic lines of European Union policies in its relations with Russia.
