Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said it is hardly possible to talk about the expansion of the Normandy format.
"The format itself has been very unproductive so far," he said, adding that "Kyiv was in no hurry to fulfill Minsk agreements," RIA Novosti reported.
"...And in such low-efficiency conditions, it's hardly possible to talk about any expansion. On the other hand, everything depends on the position Kyiv will take now. We do not know yet," Peskov said.
Earlier Peskov said Russian President Vladimir Putin had no plans to meet with Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky yet.
