Poroshenko: Ukraine still under threat of war
The threat of war in Ukraine still exists and renewed fighting could break out at any time, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said during the International Conference in Support of Ukraine in Kyiv on Tuesday.
"We are still under the threat of war - it is a reality. The war may break out at any moment, but we are ready to do everything possible to avoid any possibility of doubt or retreat," he said.
"Thanks to your help and your unity, we will find a peaceful resolution to the situation in the Donbas," Poroshenko said, addressing the audience.
"The Minsk agreements to resolve the situation in the east of the country should be fully implemented with the coordinated role of Ukrainian partners," he said.
